We suggest you take advantage of our complimentary ring sizer and follow the instructions on how to measure your fingers.

What is your return and exchange policy?

If you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days from receiving your order.

To return a ring, it must come back to us in an unworn and clean condition, ready for re-sale. If the ring is damaged on return, we reserve the right to charge you for the damages.

Do your rings come with a warranty?

All of our rings come with a free two-year limited warranty.

What if I want to return or exchange my ring after 30 days?

Unfortunately, we don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges past 30 days.

How much does shipping cost?

All US orders receive free expedited shipping. International orders will have shipping calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for customs and additional fees.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and instructions.

Are your rings waterproof?

Water generally speaking does not damage sterling silver. However, water does cause silver to oxidize (darken) more quickly, and what type of water and the chemicals in it has an impact on how much it will cause your silver change color.
